The glass bottle with dispenser is a practical and elegant packaging suitable for filling liquid cosmetic preparations that require precise and hygienic dosing. High-quality glass is chemically stable, does not react with the contents, and helps preserve the properties, fragrance, and also the colour of the final product during long-term storage.
The packaging is ideal for formulations where controlled application is important – whether it is everyday facial care products or concentrated serums and active blends. Thanks to the practical dispenser, the contents are applied evenly, with minimal losses and without direct contact with the hands, which supports the hygiene and stability of the product.
The glass bottle with dispenser is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and closure, so it is suitable directly for filling and final packaging of the product without the need for further assembly. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example technical isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol 96 %. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then refill them, in order to minimise the risk of product contamination.
Before first use, we recommend disassembling the bottle and the dispenser into individual parts, rinsing them in warm water with a mild cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing with clean water and letting them dry. Afterwards, it is advisable to disinfect all parts with an alcohol-based preparation (ALK001 / ALK002), for example IPA 99 % or denatured ethanol. Spray or pour the disinfectant solution into the packaging, let it act briefly and allow it to air dry at room temperature.
The integrated dispenser is ideal for low- to medium-viscosity preparations, such as facial serums, light emulsions, fluids and body milks. With very thick creams or balms, dosing may be less smooth. Before final stocking, we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging – in particular whether the dispenser delivers the required amount and whether the product does not get stuck in the mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it thoroughly and removing any product residues. The glass body of the bottle can usually be placed, after cleaning, in sorted glass collection according to local waste collection rules. The plastic parts of the dispenser should be separated and placed in plastic collection, if the waste sorting system in your municipality allows this. When deciding, follow the information on the material given in the product parameters table on the Handymade.sk website and the local recycling rules.
The simplest way to choose suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the packaging material categories. This way you quickly narrow down the range to the packaging that is most suitable for your formulation and the required dosing method.
