The glass bottle is a high-quality packaging material suitable for filling various liquid preparations where cleanliness, stability and a professional appearance are important. In combination with a practical closure with a safety feature, it offers secure sealing of the contents and comfort during dispensing. Thanks to the durable glass, this packaging is ideal for formulations that require long-term storage without undesirable interactions between the contents and the packaging.
The bottle is suitable for filling a wide range of liquid products – from cosmetic serums and oils to concentrated solutions where reliable sealing and protection against contamination are essential. Glass is a stable material which, when handled correctly, helps preserve the quality, fragrance and colour of formulations throughout the entire period of use.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After thorough rinsing and drying, the bottle is ready for further use.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface using alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný, allow the packaging to dry again and only then fill it with the final product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. In most cases, the glass part can be placed in a container intended for glass, while the closure must be sorted according to the type of material indicated in the technical parameters (for example plastic or composite materials). Before disposal, empty the packaging, remove any product residues and, if possible, separate the individual parts so that effective recycling can take place.
The glass packaging can be used for both thin and slightly thicker liquids, such as oils or serum with higher viscosity. Suitability for a particular type of product depends mainly on the selected closure and dosing system – for very thick oils or gel textures we recommend choosing a type of closure or applicator that enables comfortable dosing and minimises the formation of deposits in the bottle neck. Before introducing it into regular production, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the product in the packaging during use.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the extended filter, you can conveniently filter by neck type, size, colour and packaging material, which allows you to quickly narrow the offer to the options that best match your product and the desired method of application.
When testing compatibility, we recommend preparing a trial batch and leaving it in the packaging for a certain time under conditions similar to real use. Observe in particular any changes in colour, fragrance and consistency of the product, possible discolouration or damage to the packaging, as well as whether the closure seals sufficiently and does not allow the contents to leak during transport or handling. It is also important to verify the function of the dosing – for droppers, spray pumps or other applicators, check the uniformity and reliability of the dose during long-term use.
