The glass bottle with ribbed child-resistant closure is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dispensing of liquid and partially viscous preparations. The dark glass helps protect the sensitive contents from external influences, thereby supporting the stability of active ingredients and prolonging the usability of the final product. The reliable closing system with safety feature reduces the risk of unintentional opening during storage and transport and increases safety during use.
The individual glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend cleaning the bottle carefully and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol‑based product, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Disinfection helps to minimize microbiological risks and supports the stability of your cosmetic formulations.
First we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with warm water and a mild cleansing agent and thoroughly removing all residues of the previous product. Then allow the bottle to be rinsed with clean water, ideally distilled, and to dry. Before the actual filling, it is necessary to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging with an alcohol solution (for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol 96 %) and let it fully air out.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the types of materials used, as specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the packaging usually belongs in the glass container, and plastic or composite closures must be sorted according to their material composition (e.g. plastic cap into plastic waste). Before disposal, we recommend rinsing the packaging to remove product residues in order to facilitate recycling processing and prevent contamination of other waste.

In this way you can quickly filter the packaging options that match your product and the required dispensing method.
Yes, the smaller glass container is particularly practical for trial batches, stability tests and sample archiving. It allows convenient labelling of individual variants, easy dosing during testing and reduces raw material consumption when developing new formulations. Thanks to the high‑quality closure, it is also suitable for longer‑term storage of samples.
This glass bottle is particularly ideal for low to medium viscosity liquid preparations, such as aqueous solutions, hydroalcoholic blends, oil formulations or liquid concentrates.
