Glass bottle with silver matte dropper is a professional packaging intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to high-quality glass combined with a functional dispensing system, it represents a reliable choice for packaging various cosmetic, aromatherapeutic and laboratory solutions where purity, stability and comfortable application are important.
This type of packaging is designed to allow safe storage of more sensitive liquids, to minimize contact with the external environment and to support consistent dosing throughout the entire period of use. The dropper makes precise drop-by-drop application easier, which is especially appreciated by manufacturers of serums, concentrates and concentrated blends.
This bottle with dropper is an already finished and functional combination of packaging and dispensing system, ready for immediate filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the way of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohol or active substances).

The bottle with dropper is suitable for most oil serums and for light to medium thick elixirs where drop-by-drop dosing is desired. For very thick formulations we recommend performing a test filling and testing whether the dropper ensures smooth dosing without sticking. If necessary, it is possible to consider adjusting the viscosity or choosing another type of dosing within the range of packaging.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dropper, rinse off residues of the original product and then disinfect them with a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts of the packaging dry completely to avoid dilution of the new formulation by liquid residues.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing product residues. The glass container is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the dropper and its individual parts are recycled according to the material stated in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. Before sorting, it is advisable to roughly clean the glass and components from remaining contents to facilitate recycling and to meet local waste sorting rules.
When filling concentrated substances, it is important to verify the compatibility of the glass used and the dropper with the specific formulation. It is recommended to prepare a smaller test batch and monitor any changes in the appearance, scent or viscosity of the contents as well as the sealing of the dropper and the smoothness of dosing. It is also advisable not to use excessively aggressive solvents without prior testing and to pay attention to proper storage according to the recommendations for the given type of product.
