The glass bottle with spray pump is a practical and professional packaging solution for cosmetic formulations, aromatherapy preparations and delicate liquid blends. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and the functional spray pump, it is ideal for products where gentle, even application and comfortable use without contact with the contents are important. The packaging is suitable for liquid and slightly viscous preparations that require precise dosing in the form of a mist or spray.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass bottle and spray pump, making it ready for immediate use with spray formulations. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

To select a suitable bottle, vial or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the filter at the top of the page and can choose the packaging according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you can easily filter out the packaging options that will match your product both technically and visually.
The bottle and the spray pump can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Only after the packaging has dried and aired out do we recommend proceeding with a new filling.
The spray pump is sensitive to clogging, so it is advisable to use low‑viscosity, well pre‑filtered formulations. For cleaning, it is practical to fill the bottle with clean water or a suitable solvent, pump the spray several times and then allow it to dry thoroughly. For thicker or more oily blends, repeated flushing may be necessary to maintain a fine mist and smooth dosing.
This glass bottle with spray pump is particularly suitable for water‑based and hydrolate blends, light emulsion sprays and liquid preparations that are not too thick and do not heavily load the spray mechanism. It is excellent for facial toners, body and hair sprays, aromatherapy mists and room sprays. For formulations with a higher proportion of oils or more solid components, we recommend testing the dosing and, if necessary, choosing another type of applicator.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle, once emptied and rinsed, is usually placed in glass collection, while the plastic or metal parts of the spray pump are disposed of in the appropriate separated waste stream according to local rules. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging to facilitate processing in the recycling system.
