Is this bottle suitable for thicker creams, or only for liquid products?

The dosing pump is ideal mainly for liquid to slightly gel-like or emulsion products, which it can dose smoothly and evenly. For very thick creams, dosing may be more difficult or incomplete, so we recommend always carrying out a trial filling and testing how the specific formulation behaves in the packaging before final production.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be reused provided strict hygiene rules and appropriate cleaning are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dosing pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to prevent microbial contamination or unwanted reactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and etanol 96 % denaturovaný, which you can find in the Handymade.sk range. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.

How should I clean this bottle properly before the next use?

Before reuse, it is advisable to empty the contents completely, disassemble the packaging into the accessible parts and remove product residues by rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and water. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging with alcohol (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol), paying particular attention to the tube and pump mechanism. After disinfection, let all components air-dry at room temperature. Only once they are completely dry is the bottle ready for refilling. Following these steps helps to reduce the risk of microbial growth and prolongs the usability of both the product and the packaging itself.

How should I recycle the bottle correctly if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. First remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the bottle and pump into individual parts (bottle body, pump, tube). Sort the plastic components into the appropriate recycling stream according to local sorting rules – usually into the container intended for plastic packaging.
