Green glass bottle with black-gold glossy “thank-you dispenser”, transparent top 50 ml represents an elegant and professional packaging suitable for carefully formulated products where both the visual impression and reliable protection of the contents are important. The green glass helps protect more sensitive components from light and contributes to the stability of the product, while the high-quality glass ensures hygienic and safe packaging for liquid and slightly viscous preparations. The decorative black-gold motif of the “thank-you dispenser” gives the packaging a representative character and makes it a suitable choice for limited editions, gift sets and premium collections.
This glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closing and dispensing systems according to the parameters selected for the product – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the selected packaging works reliably with your final product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for various oil, aromatic and cosmetic blends that require stable and inert packaging. Glass is a material that generally tolerates vegetable oils, essential oils and cosmetic active substances well. However, for very concentrated or unconventional components we recommend carrying out your own compatibility and long-term stability test of your specific formula in this packaging.
The glass packaging can be reused repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has been properly cleaned and dried is it suitable to refill the bottle, ideally with the same or a similar type of product, in order to minimize the risk of residues of the original formulation.
Before both first and repeated use we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing it with a suitable cleaning agent or a neutral detergent, depending on the type of residues), rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. Afterwards the packaging needs to be disinfected – for professional use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol has proven suitable. After disinfection, let the bottle dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it with your product. By following this procedure you support the hygienic safety and stability of the final product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first completely emptying it and wiping or rinsing off any product residues, depending on the nature of the contents. Then place the bottle into sorted waste in accordance with the material designation in the product parameters on the website – glass parts generally belong in the container intended for glass, while plastic or metal components of the closure should be separated and sorted according to their material where technically possible. By following the recycling recommendations in the parameter table for the product you support sustainable handling of packaging and its further material recovery.
To quickly find suitable packaging you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category (for example bottles, pharmaceutical bottles or jars). In the advanced filter you can adjust the selection according to several parameters – in particular the type of neck, the required size, colour and material. By combining these criteria you can easily select packaging that will meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of your specific product.
