The green glass bottle with a white‑gold dropper is a professional packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid formulations where hygiene, protection of sensitive components, and elegant product presentation are important. High‑quality glass combined with the dropper enables comfortable and controlled drop‑by‑drop dosing, which is ideal for concentrated preparations and valuable blends.
Green glass provides increased protection against light, helping to protect sensitive active ingredients from degradation and extending the stability of the contents. The bottle is suitable for liquid products that require accurate dose measurement and, thanks to its robust construction, represents a reliable container for both artisan and professional production.
This product is a combination of a glass bottle with a dropper, created on Handymade as a functional and tested set. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for formulations containing essential oils, provided these oils are correctly diluted in the recommended carrier oils or in a cosmetic base. Glass is a material with high chemical stability that does not react with the contents under normal cosmetic use. Nevertheless, we recommend always testing the behavior of the specific blend in the packaging before starting production, especially in the case of high concentrations of active ingredients or when using unconventional raw materials.
The bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the container, rinsing off any residues of the previous product, and then disinfecting it. For disinfection you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find for example as the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. After applying the alcohol, allow the container and the dropper to dry thoroughly at room temperature. When switching to another type of product (for example from an oil base to a water base), we recommend even more thorough cleaning and a compatibility test of the new formulation.
For consistent dosing it is important to fill the bottle correctly (do not overfill it above the recommended level), tighten the dropper firmly, and remove any product residues from the thread before closing. More viscous oils may drip more slowly, so we recommend making a trial filling and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity of the formulation. It is always advisable to perform your own compatibility test, in which you check the sealing, drop behavior, and behavior of the product during storage under real conditions.
We recommend storing filled bottles upright, tightly closed with the dropper, in a dry place and at a stable room temperature. Although green glass provides increased protection against light, for optimal stability of sensitive components it is advisable to keep finished products out of direct sunlight and away from other sources of heat. For formulations containing natural oils and active ingredients, this supports longer shelf life and preservation of the product’s sensory properties.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information provided in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the glass collection container once you have removed any remaining contents. The dropper (plastic and rubber parts, and any metal components) should be separated from the glass part and sorted according to local recommendations for plastic and mixed waste. Before recycling, we recommend rinsing the container to minimize product residues in the waste stream.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category, a filtering option appears at the top of the page, where you can select packaging according to parameters such as neck type, size, color, or material. This enables you to quickly find bottles, medicine bottles, jars, or pots that suit your formulation and the visual style of your brand, while also checking compatibility with available closures and dosing components.
