The glass bottle - vial with black atomizer and smoke top is a professional packaging designed for hygienic and accurate dosing of liquid formulations. Glass is material neutral, does not affect the smell or stability of the contents and is suitable for products where cleanliness of packaging and reliable storage are crucial. Thanks to its dark glass design, it also naturally contributes to the protection of the contents from light and UV radiation, which is particularly appreciated by more sensitive ingredients (oils, extracts, active ingredients). The product parameters also indicate the food grade if you need it for your product.
The bottles are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the chosen parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation). Yes. Dark glass naturally reduces light transmission and UV rays, making it suitable for ingredients sensitive to degradation. For maximum stability, we recommend storing the product out of direct sunlight.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with IPA 99% or Ethanol 96% and allowed to dry completely.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Sort the glass part into the glass container, the plastic parts according to the material into the plastic container. By separating the parts, you encourage efficient recycling.
