Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly when handled correctly and when hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly, then fully empty the spray pump by pressing several times and let the packaging dry completely to minimise the risk of microbial contamination.

With long-term use, ingredients of the product may gradually deposit in the nozzle or in the dip tube. It is recommended to regularly flush the spray pump with warm (not boiling) water and press it several times so that the water passes through the entire mechanism. Afterwards, it is advisable to carry out disinfection with alcohol, which you also pump through the spray pump. Avoid using formulations that are too thick or strongly thickened and that are not intended for spray dosing – this reduces the service life of the mechanism.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass part of the bottle can be placed, after emptying and basic rinsing of product residues, into the container intended for glass according to the colour coding in your municipality. The plastic spray pump must be unscrewed and, depending on the material composition, sorted into the appropriate plastic container or handed over within the separate collection system.
