Glass bottle with flat top and matte black cap represents a professional packaging solution suitable for various liquid and semi-solid formulations. High-quality glass is stable, inert and helps protect the contents from external influences, while the practical cap ensures comfortable and reliable closure. This type of packaging is ideal for more precise dosing, a premium appearance and for products where the long-term stability of the formula is important.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of caps and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators), according to the parameters selected in the product detail. The packaging and cap combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, this type of glass packaging can, if hygiene principles are followed, be safely used repeatedly. Before each new filling, however, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your product.
Before first use or when changing the type of product, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent), then rinsing it thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. You should only fill it once it is completely dry, so that dilution or alteration of the formulation does not occur.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass container can generally, after removal of any remaining contents and separation of the cap, be placed in the appropriate glass container within the separated collection system. A cap made of another material (plastic, metal) is sorted according to local waste collection rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the bottle so that no residues of cosmetics or other preparations remain in the waste.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category (for example bottles, vials, jars). In the advanced filter you can conveniently select by several parameters at once – filtering is available by neck type and size, overall volume or size, colour and material of the packaging. Thanks to this, you can quickly find the combination of container and cap that best matches the specific product and the intended method of application.
The bottle is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and technical formulations, in particular for oil serums, light emulsions, fluid preparations, hydrophilic oils, hair and facial treatments and aromatherapy blends. Thanks to its compatibility with various types of caps and dispensers, you can choose a solution that fits both the viscosity of the product and the desired method of application (dripping, spraying, spot dosing, etc.). Before series filling, we always recommend performing a trial stability and compatibility test with the specific formula.
We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry, cooler place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. This minimises the risk of oxidation and deterioration of the stability of sensitive ingredients, such as natural oils or active substances. Always tighten the cap firmly to reduce the risk of evaporation of volatile substances and possible contamination. For products with a higher water content, it is also advisable to pay attention to microbiological safety and to use preservation systems in line with the nature of the formula.
