The glass bottle with spray closure represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for cosmetic and technical formulations where a fine, even mist of the product is required. The combination of a glass bottle and a plastic sprayer enables comfortable application, good dosing control, and a professional appearance of the finished product.
Thanks to the durable glass, the bottle is suitable for filling various liquid preparations that require a stable environment and minimized contact with the surrounding environment. The integrated sprayer facilitates hygienic application without direct contact with the contents, thereby contributing to maintaining the quality and safety of the product during use.
This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a ready-made combination of glass container and plastic sprayer, designed to be functional, practical, and convenient for everyday use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available on Handymade – IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
The sprayer is ideal for liquid formulations with low viscosity that are to be applied as a fine mist. Typically, these are facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, aromatherapeutic sprays, or light air fresheners. For more viscous emulsions and gel products, we always recommend testing the spraying and dosing performance on a small sample.
First rinse the bottle with warm water and, if necessary, use a mild cleaning agent that does not leave residues. Then rinse with clean water so that no cleaning agent remains in the container. We recommend rinsing the sprayer with water by pressing the mechanism several times so that the water passes through the entire product path. After washing, apply a disinfectant – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný – and again let it pass through the sprayer. Allow all parts to dry thoroughly in a clean place before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local regulations and the information provided in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade. The glass bottle can usually be sorted into the appropriate glass container after removing product residues. The plastic sprayer (head, tube, any caps) is usually sorted as plastic waste, unless otherwise specified in the local system. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty and rinse the packaging as much as possible to minimise any residual product content.
