The glass bottle with a straight neck edge and fine mister is a professional packaging solution designed for precise and gentle dispensing of liquid formulations where an even application in the form of a mist or fine droplets is important. In combination with the practical spray mechanism, it provides reliable protection of the contents and convenient use in everyday cosmetic or craft production.
Thanks to the high-quality glass body and functional dispensing system, this dropper bottle is suitable for packaging various types of liquid preparations – from gentle cosmetic toners and facial lotions, through aromatherapeutic blends, to specialised laboratory and craft solutions. The packaging is designed to support consistent dosing, minimise waste and look aesthetically pleasing both on retail counters and in the workshop.
This packaging is supplied as a complete combination of glass bottle and functional sprayer, ready for immediate use without the need to purchase separate closures. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of reliable performance for your particular product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly when hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and sprayer, rinsing them and then disinfecting with a suitable disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying and airing is the packaging ready for safe refilling.
After the packaging has been emptied, it is advisable to rinse the sprayer several times with clean water and then with a small amount of a suitable cleaning solution (for example a solution based on alcohol or a mild detergent). Spray the solution through the nozzle so that the entire channel is cleaned. After rinsing, leave the mechanism to dry at room temperature. Do not use aggressive mechanical cleaning or high temperatures, so as not to damage the delicate parts of the sprayer.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity to moderately fluid preparations that need to be dispersed as a fine mist or small droplets. It is excellent for aqueous solutions, hydrolats, alcoholic blends, light serums, toners, body sprays and room sprays. Thick emulsions, gels or oil blends with high viscosity can significantly impair dosing, so for such recipes it is advisable to test the functionality of the sprayer in advance.
The glass surface is suitable for using self-adhesive labels, sleeve packaging or in-between-layer labels. Before applying the label, we recommend degreasing the surface to achieve the best possible adhesion. Thanks to the clean shape of the bottle, labels are easy to align and look professional even for smaller batches of hand-made products. When designing the label, keep in mind that it should not cover functional elements such as the thread or gripping area during dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is generally intended for glass collection, while the plastic sprayer should be placed in the container for the appropriate type of plastic. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any product residues. Adjust the exact sorting method to local waste management rules and to the information in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website.
