The glass bottle with trigger sprayer is a universal packaging solution ideal for filling various liquid cosmetic products, cleaning solutions and household blends where gentle and even spraying is required. High-quality glass combined with a practical sprayer helps ensure comfortable application, formulation stability and a professional appearance of the final product.
Thanks to the durable glass, this bottle is suitable for water- and oil-based liquid formulations that require reliable packaging without undesirable interactions with the contents. The trigger sprayer allows convenient dosing in the form of a fine mist or an even spray onto the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles, depending on the type of product being prepared.
This glass bottle is primarily fitted with a trigger sprayer, but it is also compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the online shop. With an appropriate choice of components, it is possible to use screw caps, droppers, other sprayers or practical applicators that match the neck type and packaging design.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil phase or active substances).

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and sprayer, rinsing them thoroughly and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. In the Handymade range you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based for disinfection. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill them with the selected formulation.
Yes, the glass packaging is suitable for repeated use when handled correctly. Between fillings, the bottle and sprayer components must always be thoroughly washed, residues of the previous product removed and then disinfected with an alcohol solution (for example using the products mentioned above). This minimises the risk of microbial contamination, undesirable reactions between residues of the old and new product and at the same time extends the service life of the packaging itself.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend properly recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed, in a clean and empty state, into a container intended for glass collection. The trigger sprayer, as a combined plastic and possibly metal component, should be separated and placed into the appropriate sorted waste according to local collection rules. Before handing the packaging over for recycling, always remove product residues and minimise contamination so that the material can be recovered as efficiently as possible.
This type of bottle with trigger sprayer is particularly suitable for low-viscosity liquids that can be sprayed evenly – toners, hydrolats, facial and body sprays, hair lotions, home perfumes or gentle cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions and oil blends it is necessary to check whether the selected sprayer can reliably draw up and apply the contents. We always recommend performing a test with a small amount of product to verify dosing, spray uniformity and user comfort.
