Yes, the glass vial can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow the bottle and any closure to dry completely, and only then fill it again to minimize the risk of microbial contamination.

For which type of products is this vial most suitable?

The glass vial is most suitable for packaging concentrated cosmetic preparations such as facial and eye serums, intensive local treatments, dermal solutions, oil blends and small quantities of professional formulations. Thanks to the dosing system with applicator, it enables precise and hygienic application even with highly effective and sensitive active ingredients.

How to clean the glass bottle before the next filling?

First remove residues of the original contents from the bottle by mechanically rinsing with a suitable medium (for example a small amount of water or oil, depending on the type of product). Then disinfect the packaging using alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment with alcohol, allow the vial and the closure to air dry at room temperature. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for another safe filling.

How to correctly recycle this packaging if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed in the container intended for glass after coarse removal of product residues. Any plastic or metal parts of the closure should be separated and sorted into the appropriate collection containers, if the local waste collection system allows it.
