Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical packaging for precise and hygienic dispensing of cream and gel preparations. Thanks to the dispensing head, it is suitable for products where controlled application, cleanliness and minimising the contact of the contents with air and hands are important.

This type of cosmetic container is ideal for packing various dermal, facial and body products that have a creamy, emulsion or thicker liquid consistency. The transparent container body allows visual control of the contents and the remaining amount, which is practical during production, storage and use of the final product.

Combining with closures and dispensers

This packaging is supplied as a functional bottle + cream dispenser set, thanks to which it is ready for immediate use during filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

Is it possible to use this bottle with cream dispenser repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny. After complete drying, you can refill the packaging with fresh cosmetics.

How can I best fill this bottle with a cream or gel formulation?

For filling cream and gel preparations into the dispensing bottle, a cosmetic syringe, filling gun or funnel with a wider neck is most commonly used, in order to minimise air entrapment and contamination of the container walls. We recommend filling slowly, without sudden pressure, and attaching the dispenser only after filling, so that the mechanism is not damaged. Before serial production, it is advisable to test filling and dosing on a small trial batch.

For what type of cosmetic products is this packaging most suitable?

The bottle with cream dispenser is ideal for medium-viscosity emulsions and creams – for example face creams, light body emulsions, hand creams, special dermal creams or gel-cream preparations. It is also suitable for products intended for local application, where you need a precise and clean dose without direct contact of the fingers with the contents. For very thick balms or butters, we recommend first testing whether they are sufficiently fluid for smooth dispensing.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle this packaging if I do not want to continue using it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing cosmetic residues. Adapt the subsequent recycling method to the material specified in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website. According to the type of plastic or combination of materials stated there, you will assign the individual parts of the packaging to the appropriate separated waste. For packaging with a combination of materials (for example the bottle body and the mechanical dispenser), it is advisable, where possible, to separate the plastic components and metal springs or other elements before handing them over for recycling.
