We recommend testing a small trial amount of your formulation to verify smooth dosing and to check whether the cream remains stable in the packaging even during longer-term storage.

How do I prepare the packaging for the first filling?

Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle to remove dust, rinsing it if necessary with a suitable cleaning solution, and then drying it thoroughly. In professional manufacturing, it is advisable to establish an internal hygiene procedure so that handling of the packaging takes place in the cleanest possible environment, ideally after filling and closing without unnecessary opening.

Can I reuse this bottle for other batches of the product?

The packaging can be reused provided strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, any residues of the previous product removed, and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely so that no residual moisture condenses inside.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle this packaging if I do not want to continue using it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing any remaining product. Then follow the instructions given in the product parameter table, where the type of plastic and the corresponding recycling symbol are specified. According to this symbol, place the cleaned packaging in the appropriate container for sorted waste. Consistently following recycling rules helps reduce the amount of waste and supports a responsible approach to packaging materials.
