The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging designed for hygienic and comfortable dispensing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, it represents a reliable choice for cosmetic, hygienic and technical formulations that require even spraying onto the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. The darker shade of the packaging helps reduce light penetration to more sensitive formulas, thus contributing to longer stability and preservation of the quality of the filled blend.
The combination of a durable plastic bottle and a functional spray pump enables precise dosing without unnecessary product waste. The spray pump with protective ring increases comfort during use and gives the packaging a professional appearance, also suitable for smaller artisanal brands or test series of products.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and spray pump, suitable for direct use without the need to purchase an additional closure. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging fully meets the requirements of the specific product and method of use.

The packaging can be reused, provided that basic hygiene principles and appropriate handling are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and helps maintain the stability of the new formulation.
Before reuse, disassemble the packaging into separate parts (bottle, spray pump, any cap) and rinse them thoroughly with a suitable detergent and water. We then recommend disinfecting the surfaces, for example using IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill them, in order to avoid dilution or instability of the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend completely emptying it and removing any product residues before disposal. The method of recycling is determined by the material indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website – according to this, sort the individual parts (bottle, spray pump, any cap) into the appropriate separated waste stream. It is always advisable to separate the components to facilitate their subsequent recycling within the waste-management system.
The spray pump is designed primarily for low-viscosity and water-based preparations such as toners, floral waters, disinfectant sprays, aromatherapeutic mist sprays or mild cleaning solutions. With thicker emulsions or oil blends, dosing comfort may be reduced, so we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing how the specific formulation behaves in the packaging.
