Transparent glass roll-on bottle 100 ml is a professional packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid cosmetic preparations using a roll-on ball. The transparent glass allows visual control of the content and its consumption, which is practical both when producing and when using your own products. Thanks to the stable glass, the bottle is suitable for filling various liquid formulations that require reliable protection, cleanliness and comfortable application directly onto the skin.
Glass bottles with a roll-on system are compatible with various types of closures and dosing options according to the selected parameters in the offer. In combination with the ball and a suitable closure, you obtain packaging ready for immediate use for roll-on formulations. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of reliable use under specific conditions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging including the roll-on ball and then disinfect it. For disinfection, we recommend using suitable alcoholic preparations, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the new product.
First we recommend disassembling the packaging – separating the bottle, the roll-on ball and any closure. Remove residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a mild detergent, repeat the process as needed. Then rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water, allow them to dry and finally disinfect them with a suitable alcoholic solution (for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). Allow the disinfectant to act, let the excess evaporate or carefully remove it before refilling.
The roll-on bottle is ideal for formulations that are applied locally in a smaller amount – for example perfume roll-ons, aromatherapeutic blends, body and face serums, acne preparations, blends with essential oils or locally soothing products. It is important that the final product has suitable viscosity for smooth flowing and even spreading through the roll-on ball.
When choosing a suitable bottle, vial or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example glass bottles, roll-on packaging or cosmetic packaging), you will find the filter in the upper part of the page. You can clearly filter the products according to neck type, size, colour and material, which significantly facilitates the selection of the most suitable packaging for a specific formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle, after emptying and basic rinsing, is usually sorted into the container intended for glass. Plastic components (for example the roll-on ball and closure, if they are made of plastic) generally need to be separated and sorted according to the respective type of plastic. When sorting, follow the local waste management rules and the information on materials given with the product on Handymade.sk, so that recycling is as effective as possible.
Before introducing the product into use, we recommend verifying several parameters: the tightness of the packaging during storage and transport, the smooth movement of the roll-on ball, the uniformity of dosing and the stability of the formulation in contact with the packaging material over a longer period. Observe whether clouding, changes in fragrance, colour or viscosity occur. Also test the behaviour of the packaging under the usual temperature conditions in which the final product will be used and stored.
