Thanks to high-quality glass, the packaging is stable, does not change the properties of the contents and is suitable for filling products where both consumption control and the aesthetic presentation of the final product are important.

This glass bottle with dispenser is supplied as a ready-made combination of packaging and dispensing component, which facilitates the work when designing the final packaging. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the solution is fully suitable for your product.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Adhering to hygiene principles helps protect the stability of the formulation and minimizes the risk of microbial contamination.
After emptying the bottle, we recommend rinsing the dispenser several times with warm water with a small amount of mild cleansing agent and then thoroughly rinsing with clean water until all foam residues have disappeared. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable, where possible, to spray or soak the internal parts in a solution of disinfectant alcohol and allow them to dry completely at room temperature. Only after completely drying is the dispenser ready for refilling.
This glass bottle with dispenser is particularly suitable for facial and body oils, serums, hair oil treatments, massage oils and aromatherapeutic compositions where precise application in smaller doses is important. Thanks to the dispenser, it is especially practical for concentrated formulations where the amount per single use must be controlled. If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend its recycling according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle can usually be placed in a container intended for glass, while the plastic or combined parts of the dispenser should be sorted according to local rules for plastic collection. Before placing in sorted waste, always remove any residue of the contents so as not to contaminate other recycled material.
