The glass vial with safety cap is a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing and safe storage of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the safety closure with a locking mechanism, this packaging is popular for filling products where control over the dose and reduction of the risk of unintended opening are important. The dark glass helps protect more sensitive contents from light exposure, thereby supporting the stability of active substances during storage.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, always with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the vial and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and affecting the stability of your products.
First remove residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and, if necessary, use a brush for thorough mechanical cleaning of the inside of the vial. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, allow the packaging to dry. We then recommend disinfecting the vial and the cap with an alcohol solution (for example using products available in our range) and allowing them to air dry. Only then is the packaging ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the cap and any sealing elements should be sorted according to the type of material used (this information can be found in the product details). Before handing over for recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove product residues.

The glass packaging is particularly suitable for concentrated liquid formulations such as active serums, oil and hydroalcoholic solutions, aromatherapeutic blends or technical solutions intended for cosmetic or laboratory use. Coloured glass also contributes to protecting substances that are sensitive to light, making the vial a good choice for products containing antioxidants, plant extracts or unstable active ingredients.
When filling, it is advisable to follow the recommendations from the certificate and product parameters, especially regarding the type of thread and compatible closures. Do not overfill the vial in order to maintain the correct function of the cap and to minimise the risk of product leakage. For storage, it is recommended to protect the packaging from sudden temperature fluctuations and mechanical impact. If you are working with formulations containing a higher proportion of alcohol or active substances, first test the compatibility of the packaging with the specific product on a smaller trial batch.
