The glass bottle with a straight neck and practical dispenser is a universal packaging suitable for both professional and artisan filling of liquid cosmetic preparations, serums, oil blends and other products where controlled dosing is important. The reliable construction of the bottle together with the dispenser helps protect the consistency and stability of the formulation and maintain cleanliness during use.
The well-sealing dosing mechanism enables convenient application and minimizes the risk of unwanted leakage of the contents or contamination of the bottle neck. The glass pharmaceutical bottle is suitable wherever you need safe, sturdy and long-term stable packaging for liquid products with different viscosity – from light toners to thicker preparations.
This glass bottle is intended as a standalone package and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators. Combinations of packages and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before refilling, the bottle must always be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the inner surface of the package has completely dried, you can safely refill the bottle.
We recommend disassembling the dispenser into its accessible parts after emptying the bottle, rinsing it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, and then thoroughly rinsing with clean water. For products with a higher oil content, it may help first to remove residues mechanically and then rinse with alcohol. Before re-use, it is advisable to test the dispenser with water to verify smooth suction and dosing.
The bottle is suitable for various types of liquid cosmetic preparations. In combination with the dispenser, you will most often use it for products of medium viscosity, such as facial and body serums, lighter oils or emulsions. For very thick formulations, we recommend first carrying out a trial filling and testing the flow-through and dosing comfort in order to ensure smooth use for end customers.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition listed in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass part of the bottle should be placed in a container intended for glass. The plastic or composite parts of the dispenser and closure are sorted according to local waste-sorting rules, usually into a container for plastic or mixed packaging waste. Separating the individual materials increases the efficiency of the recycling process.
