Before the first filling, it is appropriate to thoroughly rinse the bottle and the nasal sprayer, check the cleanliness of the internal surfaces and the integrity of the parts. For final hygienic preparation, we recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol solution, allowing the alcohol residues to evaporate and only then filling it with the prepared solution.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer mechanism must be carefully cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, allow them to evaporate thoroughly and only then refill the bottle with your solution.

We recommend storing the filled glass bottle upright, with the nasal sprayer and protective cap firmly in place, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The stability of the contents depends primarily on the composition of the formulation used, therefore follow the recommendations for the specific raw materials and the shelf life of your product.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. After emptying, place the glass bottle in the container intended for glass and sort the plastic or combined sprayer, as well as any other plastic parts, into the appropriate container for plastics. Before recycling, it is appropriate to rinse the packaging from any residue of the contents in order to facilitate its processing in the recycling system.

If the sprayer doses unevenly or appears to be clogged, first check whether the bottle is sufficiently filled and whether the dip tube is correctly inserted. In the case of clogging, rinsing the mechanism with a small amount of suitable thinner or alcohol compatible with your formulation may help. In the case of long-term or significant contamination, it is advisable to replace the sprayer with a new piece to ensure hygienic and reliable application.
