The glass bottle with nasal spray is a professional packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations directly into the nasal cavity. Thanks to the high-quality glass and specially shaped nasal applicator, it is suitable for gentle solutions that require controlled spraying and comfort during use.
This type of medicine bottle is ideal for formulations that must remain stable and protected from external influences. Glass is a chemically resistant and inert material that minimizes the risk of interaction with the contents and helps preserve the original properties of your preparations throughout the entire period of use.
This glass bottle with nasal spray is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and nasal sprayer, designed for precise dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly. However, it is always necessary to follow strict hygiene principles – before each new filling, thoroughly clean the bottle and the nasal applicator and then disinfect them with an appropriate agent. We recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated can the bottle be refilled.
Before cleaning, it is advisable to carefully unscrew the nasal applicator from the bottle and disassemble it only to the extent allowed by its design without damage. Residues of the original preparation must be rinsed out with clean water, after which the applicator should be rinsed and sprayed with disinfectant alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol). After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Before the next use, it is advisable to perform a test press of the pump with clean water to check the flow and the uniformity of spraying.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly. The glass part of the bottle can, after emptying and rinsing, be placed in sorted glass waste according to local collection rules. The nasal sprayer is made of several materials (plastic, possibly a metal spring) and usually belongs in mixed waste, unless the local system allows their separate sorting. Before recycling, always rely on the material information given in the product parameters and on the waste sorting rules in your municipality.

The nasal applicator is primarily designed for low-viscosity, water-based solutions that can be finely sprayed. It is recommended to avoid overly thick gel or oil blends, which could reduce the functionality of the sprayer and clog the nozzle. When developing your own formulations, it is advisable to first test a smaller trial quantity, verify the uniformity of the spray pattern, droplet size and comfort during application, and only then fill larger batches.
