White glass bottle with spray atomizer is a practical packaging designed for precise and gentle dispensing of liquid preparations in the form of a mist or fine spray. The opaque white glass helps protect the contents from light, thereby supporting the stability of light-sensitive formulations and a longer shelf life of active substances. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship of the glass and the sprayer, the bottle is suitable for cosmetic, hygienic and also technical solutions where controlled and hygienic application is required.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and product spoilage. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the offer as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
The bottle with spray is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids that can be well sprayed in the form of a fine mist – for example face and body waters, floral hydrolates, hair tonics, air fresheners and textile sprays. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, spraying may be limited, therefore we recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the given sprayer before final filling.
The glass part of the packaging can be rinsed with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsed with clean water and allowed to dry completely. We recommend cleaning the sprayer by flushing it with a suitable liquid that is compatible with the used formulation (e.g. water or diluted alcohol), while the mechanism needs to be pressed several times so that the internal capillary is also cleaned. Before further use, it is advisable to disinfect the bottle and sprayer with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % plant-based) and, after complete drying, the packaging can be refilled again.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing product residues as much as possible. In most cases, the glass part of the packaging can be placed in sorted glass waste according to local sorting rules. The plastic sprayer is usually placed in the plastic container, unless local sorting conditions specify otherwise. The more precise recommended method of recycling is governed by the material composition stated in the parameter table for the product, therefore we recommend checking this marking and following local waste collection rules.
Yes, the sturdy glass in combination with a high-quality spray mechanism is also suitable for transport and regular use, for example in cosmetic salons or mobile cosmetic services. When travelling, it is advisable to transport the bottle in an upright position and, if necessary, use a protective cover to minimize the risk of breakage. In a professional operation, we recommend keeping records of batches and filling dates and setting up an internal hygiene regime for cleaning and disinfecting packaging, in order to ensure consistent service quality.
