The opaque white glass helps to reduce light penetration to sensitive components and contributes to the long-term stability of the contents. In combination with the oil dispenser, this medicine bottle is suitable for natural cosmetics manufacturers, artisan brands and laboratory use, where hygienic handling and a representative appearance of the packaging are important.
This set consists of a glass medicine bottle with oil dispenser, which is designed to ensure reliable dosing and convenient use in everyday application. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the behaviour of the packaging with your specific product.

Yes, this glass packaging can be used repeatedly with proper care and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in your product.
We recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water in order to remove all residues of the original contents. Then allow the glass container to dry thoroughly. After drying, apply disinfection using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly and let any excess evaporate. The dispenser should be cleaned and disinfected more gently so as not to damage the sealing components.
This type of packaging is most suitable for oil-based and emulsion formulations where controlled dosing of a smaller amount of product is important. These include in particular facial and body oils, serums, hair oils, treatment blends for nails, massage oils and aromatherapy oil blends. Thanks to the dispenser, the contents are applied hygienically, without direct contact of the fingers with the entire volume of the product, which contributes to longer stability and quality of the contents.
If you do not wish to reuse the packaging, we recommend responsible recycling according to the material composition listed in the product parameters. After cleaning, the glass part can usually be handed over to the appropriate glass container, depending on the recommendations of the local collection system. The dispenser, which is made from a combination of plastic and possibly metal parts, should be sorted according to local rules or placed in mixed waste if the recycling system does not allow sorting of such composite materials. Before recycling, always remove any product residues and follow the recommendations given for the product and the local waste sorting rules.
