The glass bottle with a white body and a black cap with tamper-evident ring is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for cosmetic as well as laboratory formulations where cleanliness, protection of the contents and reliable closure are important. The smooth glass surface allows easy labelling and professional presentation of your products, while the robust construction of the packaging supports stability even with frequent handling.
Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass and a safety closure with tamper-evident ring, this packaging is suitable for liquid and slightly viscous products where protection against unintended opening and controlled dispensing is required. Glass as a material is chemically resistant and helps to minimise interactions between the contents and the packaging, which is important for your sensitive cosmetic and technical formulations.
This glass bottle is supplied with a practical black cap with tamper-evident ring, which supports safe storage and controlled use of the contents. Within the Handymade range, however, you will also find other types of closures and dispensing components for other bottles – for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or various applicators according to the required method of product application.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging fully meets the specific product under real conditions of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product specifications.
Yes, this glass packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the cap and then disinfecting them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the stability of your formulations.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it and removing product residues according to local recommendations for the disposal of chemical or cosmetic substances. The glass part of the bottle is usually sorted into glass recycling, while the plastic cap belongs in plastic collection or residual waste according to local sorting rules. Always follow the recycling recommendations given for the product and the applicable legislation in your municipality or city.
The glass bottle with safety cap is particularly suitable for liquid and low-viscosity products such as facial and body toners, aqueous solutions, serums, oil blends and concentrated raw materials that require reliable closure. Thanks to glass as a material, it is also suitable for formulations containing alcohol or other common cosmetic solvents, and we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and monitoring the behaviour of the contents over time.
Before first and repeated use, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing it with drinking water and, if necessary, also with demineralised water. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the neck thread of the bottle as well as the cap, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. Packaging prepared in this way is more suitable for filling even more sensitive cosmetic formulations.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging materials category. In the filter you can combine several parameters at once – for example neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This way you can quickly narrow down the offer to bottles, vials, jars or other containers that best match your specific formulation and method of use.
Yes, smaller glass bottles are very practical for development laboratories, home workshops and small brands that need to record and compare several variants of formulations. The smooth surface makes it easy to label with stickers or marking labels, and the robust cap with tamper-evident ring helps to keep the individual samples safely closed during stability testing, transport and use.
