Blue glass pharmaceutical bottle with white dispenser 100 ml represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations. The practical dispenser enables hygienic and controlled application of products, making the bottle ideal for cosmetic formulations as well as artisan production. The dark blue glass helps protect more sensitive contents from undesirable external influences during storage and use.
This glass bottle with dispenser is supplied as a ready-made combination of packaging and closure with practical dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal functionality for the particular product type.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the dispenser to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product. For disinfection you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, it is necessary to let all parts dry thoroughly before refilling.
The bottle is ideal for liquid or slightly viscous preparations where precise and comfortable dosing is important – for example facial serums, emulsions, light oil blends intended for external use, special treatments for the skin or scalp and concentrated cosmetic extracts. Before final attachment of the dispenser, we recommend testing how the specific formulation behaves during dosing, so that the output and the amount per single pump are optimal for the given product.
Before reuse, it is advisable to rinse the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry. We then recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces of the packaging and the parts of the dispenser with alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfecting alcohol, it is important to allow all parts to evaporate completely and dry, so that no moisture residues remain in the packaging that could affect the stability of the new product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, it is advisable to include it in the standard separated waste collection system. After emptying and basic rinsing to remove product residues, you can place the glass bottle in the container designated for glass according to local waste sorting rules. The plastic part of the dispenser needs to be separated and placed in the appropriate container according to the plastic type indicated in the material marking. Before disposal, follow the recycling recommendations provided in the parameter table for the product, so that sorting is as accurate as possible and in accordance with applicable legislation.
