Blue glass bottle – oil dispenser 100 ml represents a high-quality and durable packaging material for liquid preparations where precise and controlled dosing is important. Thanks to the material used, it is suitable for oil-based formulations, serums and other liquid blends where content stability and comfort during application are desired. Dark glass naturally helps protect sensitive components from the effects of light, thereby supporting longer shelf life and the quality of the filled product. Such a bottle is a practical solution for home and professional cosmetic formulations and artisan product series.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of reliable use under the given conditions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the container and then disinfecting it with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe usability of your products.
After the contents have been used up, first rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water to remove residues of oil or other product. We then recommend rinsing or spraying the packaging with a disinfectant solution, for example alcohol-based products such as IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow the bottle to dry thoroughly at room temperature, ideally upside down on a clean, absorbent surface.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. After rinsing, dispose of the glass part of the bottle in the collection container intended for glass. Any plastic or metal parts of the closures should be sorted according to local separate waste collection rules. Before handing over for recycling, try to remove as much product residue as possible to facilitate further processing of the material.
To make selection easier, you can use the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. The filter allows you to sort products according to several parameters – for example according to neck type, size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that best matches your specific formulation and your idea of the final appearance of the product.
Glass packaging is generally a suitable choice also for formulations with a higher content of active components or fragrance compositions, because glass shows high chemical stability and under normal use does not react with most cosmetic ingredients. Nevertheless, we always recommend performing a small compatibility test with any new formulation – check the behaviour of the product in the packaging over a period of several days to weeks and monitor any changes in fragrance, colour or consistency.
Yes, this type of bottle with dispensing is also suitable for a professional environment where precision, cleanliness and ergonomic handling are important. The dispenser allows controlled release of the product, which is particularly appreciated by cosmetic salons, massage studios or therapists working with oils and serums. Before introducing it into practice, however, we recommend testing the specific formulation in connection with the dispensing mechanism to make sure that the product consistency matches the desired mode of application.
