How can I properly clean this glass bottle before reusing it?

The packaging can be reused multiple times if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before refilling, we recommend rinsing the bottle, cleaning it thoroughly, and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol. In the Handymade range, you can use for disinfection, for example, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for refilling.

How should I correctly dispose of or recycle the glass bottle and the dropper if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to local waste-sorting rules and the information provided in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in glass collection, while the dropper may consist of a combination of materials (plastic, rubber, metal) that should be separated before recycling where possible. Always remove any product residues before placing the packaging in sorted waste so that the recycling process is as effective as possible.

Is this bottle suitable for storing all types of cosmetic oils and serums?

The glass packaging is generally stable with most standard cosmetic oils, serums, and liquid blends. Is the dropper suitable for precise dosing of concentrated active substances?

The dropper is designed for drop-by-drop dosing, which is particularly practical for concentrated active substances and intensive serums. When working with highly concentrated raw materials, however, we recommend checking the speed and accuracy of dosing on a small test sample so that you can adapt the method of application and handling of the product to your needs and the type of formulation.
