The glass bottle with spray pump represents a professional solution for packaging cosmetic products and other liquid formulations where gentle, even dosing in the form of a spray is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional mechanical sprayer, this packaging is suitable for both home and artisan brands that place emphasis on aesthetics, reliability and easy product application.
The transparent glass dropper bottle with neck spray allows visual control of the contents and their cleanliness, which you will appreciate especially for smaller batches, test samples or handmade cosmetics. Glass is a stable, hygienic and long-established packaging material that is suitable for liquid products, aqueous and alcoholic solutions and other formulas intended for spraying.
This glass bottle with spray is supplied as a ready-made combination of container and sprayer. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging also works reliably with your particular product.

The bottle is suitable for repeated use provided you follow basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before filling them again.
We recommend rinsing the sprayer after the bottle has been emptied with warm water, optionally with a mild soapy solution and then with clean water, pressing the mechanism several times so that the system is flushed through. For thicker or oil-based formulations it is advisable to use a small amount of alcohol as well, which helps to remove residue from the blend. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
The glass bottle with spray is also suitable for carrying, but we recommend always closing it tightly and storing it upright. Before your first trip, test the sealing and dosing with your specific formula to ensure that the sprayer does not leak. For increased safety, it is practical to place it in a separate case or a resealable bag, especially when carrying it in a handbag or luggage.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, it is advisable to recycle it. After emptying and rinsing, place the glass part in the sorted glass collection according to local waste-sorting rules. The mechanical sprayer is made up of a combination of plastic and metal components, so depending on local regulations, place it in mixed waste or the appropriate fraction. Before disposal, we recommend removing any larger residue of the contents so that sorting is as efficient as possible.
