Thanks to the transparent glass, you have an instant overview of the contents and the quantity of product, which is ideal for both home and professional cosmetic filling. This glass bottle with cream dispenser pump is designed as a functional combination of packaging and dispensing system directly on Handymade. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the optimal behaviour of the packaging with your particular product.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging, including the dispenser, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfecting the inner surface of the bottle as well as the outer parts we recommend using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured (plant-based). After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then fill it with a new formulation.
The packaging is optimal for creamy and gel formulations that require dispensing by pump. It is particularly suitable for facial creams, lightweight emulsions, body milks, gels for face and body, treatment creams for hands or local regenerating products. The dispensing mechanism ensures comfortable application without the need to reach into a jar, which is advantageous in terms of hygiene as well as user comfort.
First remove the remains of the original product mechanically by rinsing with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for glass. Then rinse the bottle several times with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the interior and the surface with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured (plant-based)). It is important that the packaging is completely dry before filling and that the dispenser mechanism is free of any water or cleaning agent residues.
Before recycling, we recommend emptying the packaging as thoroughly as possible and removing any product residues. The glass body of the bottle is usually sorted into the container designated for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser must be separated and placed into the appropriate recycling stream according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. Always follow local waste-sorting rules. If the packaging is clean and mechanically undamaged, also consider reusing it within your own production, thereby reducing the amount of waste.
