The glass bottle with a white ribbed safety cap represents a reliable and aesthetic packaging for various liquid and slightly viscous formulations. Glass is a stable and inert material, which makes the bottle suitable for filling cosmetic products, serums, extracts and other sensitive solutions. The safety cap helps to minimize unintended opening and increases safety during storage and transport. Thanks to the clear design, it is easy to visually check the colour, clarity and quantity of the contents, which is appreciated by manufacturers of both smaller and larger product series.
The glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected product parameters. Depending on the specific neck type, it can be combined with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators for precise dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be confident of the long-term stability and safety of your product.

Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for repeated use if proper hygiene practices are followed. Before each new filling we recommend cleaning the packaging thoroughly and then disinfecting it. For professional disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in a quality suitable for cleaning packaging, available in our range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This procedure supports the hygienic safety and stability of your final products.
Before reuse we recommend first mechanically removing the residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and an appropriate cleaning agent. Then rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water, let it dry and only then disinfect it using an alcoholic solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging is ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste separation rules. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle belongs in the container designated for glass. Sort the safety cap according to the material specified in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade.sk – usually into the appropriate container for plastic or mixed waste if the material cannot be recycled separately. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to remove any labels if required by local regulations.
The bottle is particularly suitable for packaging liquid and low- to medium-viscosity preparations such as facial and hair tonics, serums, oil blends, aromatherapy compositions or various test solutions. Thanks to the reliable safety cap, it represents a practical solution for smaller packs or test series of products where dose accuracy and protection of contents during transport are important.
