The glass bottle with a glossy white-silver dispenser represents a professional and aesthetic solution for packaging cosmetic products and other liquid formulations. High-quality clear glass allows for a transparent inspection of the contents and their consistency, while the dispenser ensures comfortable, controlled and hygienic application. This type of packaging is ideal for both home and professional use, where clean design, practicality and material stability are important.
The glass bottle in this configuration is supplied directly with a practical dispenser, which is matched to the packaging both in terms of design and function. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). In this way you verify the suitability of the packaging for a particular product, viscosity and type of raw material used.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle with dispenser is suitable for most liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic products, such as facial serums, lighter oils and fluids. For very thick creams or balm-like textures, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the dispenser provides smooth and even extrusion of the product without clogging.
The glass bottle is suitable for repeated use when handled properly. However, it is always necessary to observe basic hygiene principles – before each new filling, clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol of plant origin. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new formulation by residues of the previous product.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first rinsing the bottle thoroughly with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. Then disinfect the inner walls and the neck with a suitable alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. It is also advisable to carry out disinfection on the dispenser, taking into account the material composition of the plastic parts and metal components, so that they are not damaged.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types indicated in the product parameters. The glass body of the packaging, once product residues have been removed, usually belongs in the container intended for glass. The plastic and metal parts of the dispenser, and any seals, should be separated and sorted in accordance with local rules for the collection of plastics and metals. Before recycling, check that the packaging is free of coarse product residues so that the quality of the recycling stream is not affected.
To select a suitable bottle, vial or jar, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. Thanks to this filter, you can clearly sort products according to neck type, overall size, colour and material. In this way you can easily narrow the range down to packaging that matches your formulation, the desired dosing and the visual style of your brand.
