The glass bottle with white dropper represents a reliable packaging for professional and hobby filling of cosmetic and other liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality material, it is suitable for long-term storage of liquids that require precise drop-by-drop dosing and composition stability throughout the entire period of use.
This type of dropper bottle is popular in the production of facial, body and hair cosmetics, where it is important to protect the contents from external influences while allowing hygienic application. The integrated dropper supports controlled dosing, reduces the risk of contamination and helps maintain consistent quality of the mixture during everyday handling.
The stand-alone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. It can be combined with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, which makes it possible to adapt the packaging to the specific type of product and method of use.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of optimal functionality for your specific recipe.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of the new filling.
First, we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing it several times with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surfaces and the dropper with alcohol (for example with the products IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). After the alcohol has evaporated, the bottle is ready for new filling.
When selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find bottles, jars or other containers that best meet the requirements of your product and method of dosing.
Before starting full production, we recommend carrying out a trial filling of a smaller number of bottles and monitoring the behaviour of the product over time. Focus on the tightness of the dropper, changes in viscosity or colour of the mixture, any deposition on the walls and the functionality of dosing during long-term use. In this way, you will verify whether the given bottle with the selected closure is suitable for the specific oil, water or emulsion formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, dispose of the glass part of the bottle in the container intended for glass. The closure with dropper may be made of a different material than the glass itself, so it is advisable to separate it and sort it according to the local waste sorting rules. By following these principles, you support the reprocessing of materials and the reduction of waste.
