Blue glass bottle with white spray pump 100 ml represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for modern formulations that require fine mist spraying. The dark glass helps reduce light transmission, thereby contributing to longer stability of more sensitive components and preservation of the aroma. Combined with a functional spray pump, this bottle is suitable for filling liquid cosmetic and technical preparations where uniform application to the skin, hair or surface is important.
Glass bottles in this category are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators), according to the selected product parameters in the Handymade.sk offer. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing comfort and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

Glass is generally considered a very stable and inert packaging material, therefore it is suitable even for formulations containing essential oils or alcohol. However, we always recommend carrying out your own stability and spray pump functionality test with the specific formula, especially in the case of a higher proportion of alcohol or intense aromatic components, in order to verify long-term correct spraying and sealing.
Yes, the glass packaging can be reused, provided that hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. In the Handymade offer you will find disinfecting alcohols IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which are ideal for final treatment of the inner surface of the packaging and the spray pump before reuse.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing it several times thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. After drying, it is advisable to rinse the inside of the bottle and the suction tube of the spray pump with disinfecting alcohol (for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %), allow the alcohol to evaporate and store the packaging in a dry, dust-free environment. A packaging prepared in this way can be filled again with a new formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters on the Handymade.sk website. The glass part of the bottle can generally be disposed of in the glass container after removing any remaining contents. The plastic spray pump (head and tube) belongs in sorted plastic waste, unless local sorting rules stipulate otherwise. Before recycling, always empty the packaging as much as possible and check the local recommendations for waste sorting.
