Glass bottle with transparent body and black aluminium cap represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dispensing and safe storage of various liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and tightly sealing metal closure, this pharmaceutical bottle is ideal for cosmetic formulations, laboratory solutions and artisanal products, where stability and protection of the contents are crucial.
The transparent glass allows good visual control of the contents, which you will appreciate when checking the colour, clarity or residual amount of the product. The combination of a durable glass container and a practical aluminium cap makes it a universal bottle suitable for small batches as well as professional production.
This glass bottle is a standalone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the parameters selected for the product. You can match it with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, thereby adapting the dosage to the specific type of formulation.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, aggressiveness of ingredients, possible discolouration or sedimentation).

The glass bottle is suitable for most common oily and slightly viscous formulations, provided you choose the correct type of closure or dropper. For thicker oils it can be practical to use a dropper with a larger orifice diameter or a screw cap that allows easier pouring. Before introducing it into production, we recommend making a trial filling and checking the smoothness of dispensing as well as the sealing.
The bottle is suitable for repeated use if correct hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to prevent contamination or influence on the next formulation by residues of the original product. For disinfection, we recommend using for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the Handymade range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ target="_blank") and etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/ target="_blank"). After washing and disinfection, let the bottle dry completely in a clean environment.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass body normally belongs in the container designated for glass, the metal cap is usually sorted into metal waste, or according to the instructions of your local waste collection system. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove product residues so that it is not contaminated and can be efficiently processed in the recycling process.
The suitable type of closure always depends on the nature of the filled formulation and the mode of use. Droppers are often used for oily and concentrated preparations, sprayers for aqueous solutions and toners, and classic screw caps for simple storage or laboratory samples. When choosing, follow the neck parameter and the recommended combinations directly in the product detail on Handymade. Each new combination of packaging and closure should be practically tested so that you can be sure of proper sealing and dosing.
