Glass bottle with dropper is a practical and reliable packaging designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of transparent glass and a dropper with closure, it is suitable for filling serums, oils, concentrated solutions and other liquid products where control of the amount during application is important. The transparent glass allows comfortable visual inspection of the contents and their clarity, which you will appreciate in both cosmetic and technical formulations. This type of bottle provides stable and hygienic packaging that supports the professional appearance of the finished product even with smaller doses.
The bottle with dropper is primarily intended for dropwise dosing of thin to medium-viscosity liquids, so it works well for most facial serums, oils and water–alcohol solutions. For very thick oils or gel-like preparations, we recommend performing a dosing test and, if necessary, choosing another type of packaging, for example a bottle with pump or a suitable jar.
The glass bottle can be used repeatedly, even when changing the type of product, provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination as well as the transfer of fragrance or residues of the previous product into the new composition.
The dropper and closure should first be mechanically cleaned of product residues, then rinsed with a suitable cleaning solution and finally disinfected with alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %. After disinfection we recommend allowing all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. With repeated use, it is important to continuously check the condition of the dropper and the sealing to ensure reliable dosing and tightness of the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after being emptied and given a basic rinse. The closure and dropper are usually made of plastic or a combination of materials and, according to the specified material type, must be placed in the corresponding sorted waste. Before recycling, we recommend separating the bottle and closure, removing any product residues and following your local waste-sorting rules.
