Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, ideally with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after completely drying is the bottle ready for refilling.

The packaging is most suitable for liquid formulations that are applied by spraying – cosmetic toners, hydrolats, hair and body sprays, air fresheners or auxiliary solutions for the household. Thanks to the mechanical spray pump, it is ideal for products where it is important to achieve even coverage of the surface with a fine film without the need for hand contact with the contents.

How should I properly clean the bottle and the spray pump before further use?

First rinse the glass bottle with warm water and a suitable detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. Then disinfect the inside and the neck with an alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. For the spray pump, we recommend flushing the internal mechanism with a small amount of disinfectant solution and letting it air-dry. After complete evaporation of the alcohol, the packaging is ready for refilling.

How should I correctly recycle this glass bottle with spray pump if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass bottle can generally be placed in the glass container after emptying and basic rinsing.
