The glass bottle is usually sorted into the container intended for glass, while the dropper (a combination of plastic, rubber and possibly metal) usually needs to be sorted separately according to the predominant material, or handed over within the municipal waste collection system if local rules do not allow more detailed sorting. Always follow the current local regulations for waste separation.

For thicker or purely oil-based formulations, we recommend first testing the behaviour of the product in a smaller amount to verify smooth suction and dripping through the dropper. Make sure that the neck of the bottle and the outer part of the dropper remain clean – oil residues can impair sealing and over time contaminate the thread.
