Glass bottle with green glass and oil dispenser represents a professional packaging solution for precise and comfortable dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to high-quality packaging glass, it is suitable for filling formulations that require reliable protection of the contents and controlled dosing during use.
Green glass naturally helps to protect more sensitive components from the effects of light, which is particularly advantageous for products based on oils and extracts. The practical dispenser ensures convenient application and at the same time minimizes the contact of the contents with the external environment, which supports the stability of formulations and the comfort of the end user.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected directly in the product detail. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially when changing the formulation or the raw material supplier.

Glass packaging is generally a suitable choice even for formulations with a higher proportion of essential oils, since glass is chemically stable and less prone to interactions with the contents than many plastic materials. When working with concentrated essential oils, however, we recommend producing a trial batch and performing a longer‑term stability test in order to verify the behaviour of your specific formulation over time, including changes in viscosity, colour and scent.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, any residues of the original product removed, and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. To disinfect packaging, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature so that no moisture residues remain that could affect the stability of the new batch.
When cleaning, we recommend first disassembling the bottle and dispenser into individual parts, if their design allows it. The glass container can be washed with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinsed thoroughly and then disinfected. The dispenser itself is more sensitive to mechanical stress, so clean it carefully, without forceful pressing or prying. For oil‑based formulations, it helps to first flush the system with a small amount of alcohol, which facilitates the removal of greasy residues, and only then continue with water and disinfection.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules and the information given in the product parameter table. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass part of the bottle should be placed in a container designated for glass. Plastic or composite parts of the dispenser generally need to be sorted separately according to the material, or placed in mixed waste if the appropriate recycling stream is not available. Perfect degreasing before placing items in sorted waste is not necessary, but it is recommended to remove larger product residues so as not to disrupt the recycling process.
