Glass bottle – medicine bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations in cosmetics as well as for the production of concentrated blends. In combination with a practical dropper, it allows comfortable, hygienic and repeatedly precise dosing, which is ideal when working with active ingredients, aromatherapeutic blends or concentrated solutions. The dark glass also contributes to the protection of sensitive components from light, helping to maintain the stability and quality of the contents throughout the entire period of use.
This type of glass bottle is supplied as standard with a dropper and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the product detail. You can combine it, for example, with screw caps, dropper inserts, spray heads or practical applicators so that it exactly matches the character of your formulation and the method of application.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass medicine bottle with dropper is suitable for smaller home batches as well as for professional use in small and medium-scale production. Thanks to precise dosing and the stable material, it is suitable for filling serums, oils, extracts or perfume oils. For professional production, we recommend working with your own documentation and testing the stability of the specific formulation in this type of packaging.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dropper and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection we recommend using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried is the bottle ready for refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend emptying it, giving it a basic rinse and sorting it according to the material specified in the product parameter table. The glass body of the bottle typically belongs in the container designated for glass, while the closure with dropper must be sorted according to the combination of plastic and any other parts in line with local waste sorting rules. By recycling, you reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
The dropper is designed primarily for dosing low-viscosity to medium-viscosity liquids, such as facial serums, lighter oils or water-alcohol solutions. With very thick oils, dosing may be slower, so we recommend carrying out a test filling before final production to verify the speed and comfort of application. If the product is too viscous, you may consider a different type of closure or applicator from our range.
