Glass bottle with nasal spray is a professional packaging designed for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine nasal spray. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the special construction of the sprayer, it is suitable for filling solutions that require targeted application, stability and protection against external influences during use.
The packaging is ideal for liquid formulations that require precise dosing in a small volume, minimised contact with the external environment and convenient use while travelling as well as in the home medicine cabinet. The high-quality material of the bottle ensures long-term stability of the contents, comfort during handling and a professional appearance of the final product.
Glass bottles with an integrated nasal sprayer form a functional unit intended for a specific method of application. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend carefully cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and ensures the longest possible safe service life of the product in the bottle.
Before repeated filling, we recommend mechanically rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsing it thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then appropriate to disinfect with alcohol the inner surface of the bottle as well as those parts of the sprayer that come into contact with the contents (e.g. IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol 96 %). Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly and then allow the packaging to dry freely so that the residual alcohol can evaporate.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be sorted into the designated glass container after emptying and rinsing, while the plastic or metal components of the sprayer belong in the appropriate collection containers according to the type of material. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to remove product residues so that the other recycled material is not contaminated.
This type of packaging is ideal for aqueous solutions, physiological solutions, gentle moisturising and soothing preparations as well as for certain herbal and functional blends intended for application into the nose or in its immediate vicinity. Before filling, we recommend verifying the compatibility of the specific formulation with the materials used, especially if it contains high concentrations of alcohol, essential oils or other active ingredients.
