The glass bottle with spray atomizer is a professional packaging solution suitable for practical and hygienic dispensing of liquid cosmetic preparations and aromatic blends. High-quality glass in combination with a functional spray allows you to create a fine mist, which makes the packaging ideal for products where even application on the skin or into the air is important.
Thanks to the durable material and precise workmanship, this bottle is suitable for packing smaller batches, samples as well as final products. Glass is a stable and inert packaging material which, when used correctly, helps protect the character, scent and texture of the stored contents.
The standalone glass bottle with standardized neck is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options according to the selected parameters, such as screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The spray atomizer is optimized mainly for liquid, low-viscosity formulations such as toners, floral waters, aqueous solutions or light alcohol sprays. With thicker emulsions or oils, spraying may be limited or uneven. When using a more viscous product, we always recommend performing a trial filling and testing the dosing functionality on a small sample.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging and the new fill is not degraded.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type stated in the product parameters. The glass bottle, once emptied and rinsed, is usually placed in the glass collection container, while the plastic or metal spray mechanism belongs in the collection stream indicated by the material labelling. Before placing it in sorted waste, remove product residues so that impurities are not carried further into the recycling process. Always adapt specific recycling recommendations to the symbols and information in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade.
The glass pharmaceutical bottle with spray is also suitable as a smaller travel container for everyday carrying in a handbag or carry-on luggage, provided it is properly closed and stored in such a way as to minimize mechanical damage. Before travelling, we recommend checking the regulations for the transport of liquids (especially for air travel) and not filling the bottle completely to the brim so that the contents do not get into the closure when pressure conditions change.
