Polyglyceryl-10 Stearate is a mild emulsifier of plant origin, obtained by combining polyglycerin-10 and stearic acid. It is a PEG-free, biodegradable, non-ethoxylated raw material, known for its good tolerability even on sensitive skin. In cosmetics, it is used mainly for the creation of stable oil-in-water emulsions, improving texture and spreadability and leaving a pleasant non-greasy skin feel. In addition, it can also function as a solubilizer for certain oils or fragrances.
