The plastic bottle made of transparent material represents a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for filling a wide range of liquid and partially viscous products. Thanks to its transparent design, you always have the contents under visual control, which makes it easier to dose, to check the colour and to monitor the remaining amount of product. The black ribbed cap ensures convenient opening and closing, while the packaging appears modern and professional in both cosmetic and technical applications.
This type of packaging is popular for home as well as professional use, where a combination of low weight, good mechanical resistance and a representative appearance is required. The plastic bottle is excellently suited for liquid preparations that require clean, hygienic and practical packaging, and it is also suitable for trial and travel-size packaging of products.
The standalone plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of caps and dispensing systems according to the selected product parameters. With properly selected accessories, you can use it with screw caps, dropper and dosing inserts, sprayers or practical applicators for targeted application of the product.
The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil content or active substances).
If you plan to use the bottle with a sprayer or for fine dosing, it is recommended to also test longer-term storage of the filled product under various conditions (temperature, transport) so that you can be sure that the user comfort and appearance of your finished product remain preserved.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Exact data on the type of plastic, compatibility with the contents, recommended areas of use and possible limitations can be found in the technical documentation available with the product. It is recommended to become familiar with these, especially in the case of professional or repeated use of the packaging, so that you can choose the most suitable application with regard to the nature of your formulation.
The plastic packaging can be reused, but always in compliance with hygiene principles and taking into account the recommendations of the material manufacturer. Before each new filling, we recommend visually checking the condition of the bottle (thread, body, any deformations) and, in the case of significant wear or damage, removing the packaging from use and recycling it in an environmentally friendly way according to the type of plastic listed in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of product and when hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After thorough drying, the bottle is ready for new filling. Always monitor any signs of plastic wear, and in case of damage, it is better to replace the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table with the product. On the packaging or in the description you will find a material designation (for example, a specific plastic recycling symbol) according to which you will place the container in the appropriate bin for sorted collection. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to empty the bottle and rinse it free of product residues. You can recycle the cap together with the packaging or separately, depending on whether it is made of the same material – always follow the recommendations of the local sorted waste collection system.
Yes, the low weight and durability of the plastic make this bottle a suitable packaging for travel sizes and samples of cosmetic or technical products. When using a high-quality screw cap or another sealing system, the risk of product leakage during normal handling is minimal. However, it is always recommended to perform a trial test with the actual product (e.g. by turning it upside down or subjecting it to short-term pressure in luggage) in order to verify the behaviour of the packaging under the conditions in which it will be used.
The bottle is suitable primarily for various aqueous, water-alcohol and less viscous formulations, such as facial and body waters, hair tonics, toners, light serums or cleansing solutions. For formulations with a higher content of oils, solvents or specific active substances, it is always advisable to carry out a compatibility test – fill a smaller amount of product, leave it in the packaging for a certain time and check for any changes in the plastic material (softening, discolouration, seepage or deformation). This way you will be certain that the packaging is suitable for your specific recipe even in the case of long-term storage.
On the Handymade website, when choosing suitable packaging you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging material category (for example bottles, jars, sprayers, etc.). With the help of the filter, you can quickly narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. In this way, you can easily choose the combination that will best correspond to your product – whether in terms of consistency, dosing method or the visual style of your brand.
