The glass vial with a white body and a stylish black-and-gold spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for practical and hygienic filling of various liquid cosmetic products. The sturdy glass combined with a precise spray pump enables even application of a fine mist, which is ideal for products where accurate, economical and comfortable dosing is important.
The packaging is designed to protect the contents from external influences when used correctly, to minimise the contact of air with the formulation, and at the same time to give the final product an elegant, representative appearance. Thanks to the high-quality material and functional spray mechanism, it is suitable for both home and professional use in cosmetic manufacturing.
This product is supplied as a complete set – bottle with spray pump. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

The glass vial is generally suitable for most common cosmetic formulations, including products containing alcohol or hydrolats. However, it is always recommended to carry out your own stability and compatibility test, especially at higher alcohol concentrations or when using more complex essential oil blends. Monitor how the product behaves over time (colour, scent, consistency) and the functionality of the spray pump itself.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly. It is essential, however, to follow basic hygiene principles – before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with an appropriate product. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling them.
First, completely empty the packaging and disassemble it – separate the glass part from the spray pump. You can wash the glass in warm water with detergent, rinse it thoroughly and allow it to dry. Then apply disinfection (e.g. by spraying or rinsing the interior) using IPA or ethanol and again let it air-dry. Rinse the spray pump with warm water, spray clean water through it several times to remove product residues, and then, if necessary, briefly treat it with a disinfectant. Only after everything is completely dry is the packaging ready for the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations given in the product parameters. The glass part of the packaging can generally be placed in separated glass collection once product residues have been removed. The spray pump and any plastic components should be separated from the glass before disposal and sorted by material type in line with local waste collection rules. Before placing the packaging in sorted waste, it is recommended to remove as much residual content as possible in order to put the least possible strain on the recycling process.
