Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white surface and black dispenser represents a professional packaging suitable for liquid and slightly viscous products where precise and hygienic application is important. Thanks to the durable glass and high-quality dispensing mechanism, the bottle is ideal for packaging cosmetics, serums, medicinal solutions or other specialized formulations that require stable, safe and representative packaging.
The white surface of the glass container helps protect the contents from undesirable external influences and at the same time creates a clean, minimalist appearance that stands out in both professional and artisan cosmetic collections. The black dispenser ensures controlled application, limits the contact of the contents with air and contributes to longer stability and comfortable use of the product.
This glass bottle with dispenser represents a combination of packaging and closure designed directly for Handymade. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly for Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging cooperates optimally with your specific product.

Before first use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and drying the bottle and the dispenser. It is then appropriate to disinfect the inner surfaces of the packaging using alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to act and let the residues evaporate completely so that the packaging is clean and ready for filling.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, especially in the case of in-house production and refilling of cosmetics. Before each new filling, it is necessary to wash the bottle and the dispenser thoroughly, allow the glass part to dry and then disinfect the inner surfaces with a suitable alcohol, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for reuse.
Before recycling, we recommend removing any product residues from the bottle and the dispenser. The glass part of the packaging can, after cleaning, be placed in the container intended for glass according to local recycling regulations. The plastic components of the dispenser (upper part, pump and tube) should be separated and sorted according to the material specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. Always follow local waste-sorting rules and the recommendations given for the specific product.
This type of medicine bottle with dispenser is suitable primarily for liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic products, such as face and body serums, emulsions, oil blends, care for problem skin or special treatment products. We recommend always verifying suitability for a specific formulation with a small test batch so that you can test the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with your product.
