The glass vial bottle with white lid with dropper is a practical container designed for hygienic and accurate packaging of liquid products where stability of material, cleanliness during application and comfortable dosing are important. The glass is material-neutral, does not affect the smell or composition and is suitable for home and professional filling. The dark glass design naturally reduces light transmission and helps protect contents from UV rays, which is especially appreciated with oils, extracts and sensitive actives. The dropper also promotes controlled dosing and reduces the risk of unnecessary product waste. According to the enclosed certificate, the packaging is also food grade.
Combinations of packaging and closures, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation). The dropper is ideal for products with a more fluid to medium viscous consistency. For thicker oils or formulations, the dosage may be slower, so we always recommend testing the drip speed and comfort of use directly with your product.
Dark glass naturally reduces light transmission and therefore helps to limit the impact of UV rays on sensitive ingredients. For products with actives, extracts or oils, this is a practical advantage, especially for routine storage.
Yes. According to the attestation, the packaging is food-grade, so it is also suitable for tinctures, extracts and liquid nutritional supplements intended for internal use. When filling, we recommend that you observe the hygiene principles and test the compatibility of the packaging with the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
We recommend doing your own compatibility test: fill the container, seal and allow to sit in various positions. Check for any leakage, dispensing comfort and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the contents (for example, for products with alcohol or essential oils).
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it. Rinse the glass bottle and dispose of it in a glass container once the contents have been consumed. The dropper and cap do not belong in the glass - they are separate components that should be sorted by material into the sorted waste stream (most commonly plastics). Separating the parts will make recycling easier and reduce the proportion of mixed waste.
