The glass vial with ribbed child-resistant cap is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise, safe and hygienic dispensing of both liquid and free-flowing preparations. This glass bottle is a standalone container and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected directly on the product page. Combinations of containers and closures that are pre-configured on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, however, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimise microbiological risks and contributes to the stability of your formulations.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and water), then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the interior with an alcohol solution (for example with IPA or ethanol) and again allow it to air out and dry. Clean the cap and its inner parts gently so as not to damage the seal.
The vial is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity products such as drop solutions, serums, toners, oils, tinctures or various concentrated solutions. Thanks to the child-resistant safety cap, it is also suitable for preparations where control over opening the container is important (laboratory solutions, technical blends, craft concentrates). For thicker emulsions and gels, we recommend combining the bottle with a suitable dispensing system, if available in the given category.
If you decide not to reuse the vial, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition stated in the product specifications. The glass container can usually be placed in a glass recycling bin after emptying and basic cleaning, while the plastic cap belongs in segregated plastic waste. When recycling, follow the symbols and material designations in the parameter table so that the packaging is correctly assigned to the appropriate waste stream.
